Attention to detail includes fine oak flooring, well fitted oak kitchen units with oak work surfaces, hard wood internal doors, bi-folding triple glazed doors, flush chrome sockets and lighting in the living areas, quality bathroom fittings and up-lighters along the hallway accentuating the exposed brickwork which leads to the sleeping accommodation.

The detached open-plan annexe provides flexible accommodation which could be used as a further bedroom, games room or a fantastic art studio.

Outside there is an enclosed private south-facing garden with three terraces. Two lead out from the open-plan living area, one facing south and the other facing east which is ideal for breakfast and morning coffee. The annexe also has a raised terrace with outdoor lighting.

Situation

Manor Farm Barns are situated at the bottom of Cross Street close to the Coast Road.

Salthouse is a North Norfolk coastal village 2½ miles east of Blakeney and 3 miles north of Holt. The village is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with expansive salt marsh and shingle beach. It has a popular public house, "The Dun Cow" and there is a quaint rustic restaurant, "Cookies" which offers fresh locally caught fish on the menu. The village shop, The Old Post Office provides every-day amenities.

Directions

Travelling on the A149 west on reaching Salthouse Village 30mph zone after 0.2 mile turn left into Cross Street. Manor Farm Barns is the first drive on the left.
